FRANKFURT
During my stay in Frankfurt, I quickly realized that this city is more than just a business and financial hub. While its towering skyscrapers reflect its modern influence, Frankfurt’s old town holds onto its history with a beautiful contrast. My favorite spot for food was definitely the Sachsenhausen neighborhood, where I discovered a local gem—Apfelwein (apple wine). I absolutely fell in love with this tangy, refreshing drink that’s a staple in the area’s cozy taverns.
Wandering through Römerberg square felt like stepping into a fairytale, with its charming, timber-framed houses and cobblestone streets. The combination of Frankfurt’s historical heart and vibrant food scene made my time here unforgettable.
